Detectives investigating the deaths of a man and woman at Collingwood Park have released CCTV footage of the area as part of ongoing appeals for information.
Just before 1am on January 23, emergency services were called to a Hannant Street residence after initial reports of a disturbance, where they found the lower level of a two-storey house alight.
Firefighters extinguished the fire, and the bodies a 68-year-old woman and her 73-year-old husband, were located inside the home.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who may have dashcam footage in the area of Zillmere Road, Aspley and Robinson Road West, Geebung between 10 am and 1pm on Saturday, January 22 to contact police.
Detective Acting Superintendent Stephen Blanchfield said officers are specifically interested in the movements of a black Mercedes Benz between those times which belonged to the victims and was stolen from the crime scene at Collingwood Park.
"Detectives are also seeking assistance from the public to identify the man depicted in the CCTV footage and stills.
We believe the man was driving the vehicle between the times in question and the identify of this person is of particular interest to police," Detective Superintendent Blanchfield said.
The investigation is continuing and involves detectives from the Ipswich District CIB and Homicide Investigation Unit.
