Police update: Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicles, Logan District

Police have charged a man with 30 offences regarding the unlawful use of eight vehicles across the Logan and Gold Cast Districts this month.

Following investigations, a man was arrested outside a fast-food restaurant on Springwood Road, Springwood, yesterday afternoon.

A 28-year-old Regents Park man has now been charged with 30 offences including eight counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, five counts of enter dwelling with intent and stealing and one count each of fraud, possessing drugs, possessing a knife in a public place and unlicenced driving.

He is scheduled to reappear at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on April 14.
