Police Urgently Seek Info on Missing Gracemere Woman

Rockhampton detectives searching for missing Gracemere woman Krystal Phillips, 32, are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate Krystal with police believing she is travelling south in a blue Holden Trax station wagon driven by a 33-year-old man.

Krystal has been reported missing by family with concerns held for her welfare and safety. She was last seen around 8.15pm on Saturday, December 24 on Old Byfield Road, Cobraball.

Investigations by Rockhampton detectives indicate Krystal is travelling with 33-year-old Gracemere man, Jaydon Leahy in a 2014 blue Holden Trax station wagon, Queensland registration 050CN5 (see stock image) which has a damaged or missing front driver's side side-window.

The vehicle was seen in Rockhampton on Christmas Eve, where it failed to stop for police, it was then involved in a petrol drive-off at a Gympie petrol station on Ross River Road at around 8.35am on Christmas morning before being spotted later on the Warrego Highway at Oakey at around 5pm (see CCTV).

At 10.50am today, Monday December 26, the vehicle was sighted at Miles travelling westbound on the Warrego Highway.

Police are appealing for urgent information from members of the public / motorists, that may have seen the 2014 blue Holden Trax to contact them. The public is advised not to approach the vehicle, or the occupants, but to immediately call Triple Zero (000).

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Krystal or Jaydon is asked to make immediate contact with police.

Jaydon Leahy, who is understood in be in a relationship with Krystal, is described as Caucasian, approximately 176cms tall with a solid build, short brown hair and blue eyes.

Krystal is described as Caucasian, approximately 160cms with a proportionate build, with blonde hair with purple streaks. She has tattoos on her right upper arm and possible facial injuries.
