Power, Lee, Black Caucus Discuss PEPFAR Reauthorization

Administrator Samantha Power will join a conversation on the future of PEPFAR during the 52nd Annual Legislative Conference hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Administrator Power will participate in a panel conversation with Ambassador Dr. John Nkengasong, Ambassador-at-Large, U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, and Senior Bureau Official for Global Health Security and Diplomacy and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), who co-authored the legislation that created PEPFAR, moderated by Washington Post Associate Editor and MSNBC anchor Jonathan Capehart. The panel will also include Melanie Egorin, Assistant Secretary of Legislation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and Kenny Kamson, ONE Campaign Activist.
