The world spotlight will be on Bayside in early December when the premier golfing event, the Presidents Cup, comes to Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Golfing greats, including Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, will be vying for the prestigious Presidents Cup and golf fans from around the world will be descending on Bayside to watch the action. The event will be held from 9 - 15 December and background and ticketing information can be found on the Presidents Cup website.
Tens of thousands of people will be flocking to the event. Event buses will run from Sandringham station and parking restrictions will be place around the course. Residents, schools, businesses and sporting groups that are affected by the event will receive detailed information and parking permits in the coming weeks.We will post regular updates on our social media pages and on our website about the community impacts.
