Fair Work Commission Acting President Hatcher has issued a further Statement dealing with the timetable for the Commission to make the new Statement of Principles on Genuine Agreement.
This Statement sets out a revised timetable for publishing the new Statement of Principles, which now includes the opportunity for reply submissions to be filed.
We are committed to implementing changes to the enterprise bargaining and enterprise agreement approval processes in an open and transparent way and with the needs of our users in mind. We encourage active involvement from all interested parties.
