A pedestrian has died after being struck on the Princes Freeway in Laverton this morning., Victoria Police say
It is believed the yet to be identified pedestrian was struck by a car and a truck on the inbound lanes of the freeway, near Point Cook Road, just before 5.30am.
Both vehicles stopped at the scene to assist.
The Princes Freeway is currently closed inbound and traffic diversions are in place.
Anyone who witnessed the pedestrian on the freeway prior to the crash, or who may have dash cam footage, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
