Property Council Joins 2025-26 Inclusive Employers List

The Property Council has been recognised on Diversity Council Australia (DCA)'s 2025-2026 Inclusive Employers list, highlighting its ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and supported.

The recognition follows the Property Council's participation in the DCA and Cultural Infusion run Inclusive Employer Index that measures employee diversity and inclusion experiences. To be recognised as an Inclusive Employer, organisations need to exceed the National Index Benchmark across several key diversity and inclusion areas.

Property Council Chief Executive Mike Zorbas said the recognition reflects the Property Council's ongoing commitment to inclusion.

"We are committed to creating an industry with a deep, inclusive talent pool that reflects the communities we serve.

"At the Property Council, we're working to open doors and make sure talented people find their place and can be themselves in our organisation".

"It is an honour to receive this recognition, and equally, we know there is much to be done to support our terrific members in our vital industry."

DCA CEO Catherine Hunter congratulated this year's Inclusive Employers for showing their commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces where employees in all their diversity can thrive.

"DCA's Inclusive Employer Index shines a spotlight on employers who are creating meaningful change and inspiring others to follow their lead.

"The Inclusive Employer Index is more than just a diagnostic tool. It is a chance to reflect on areas for growth, plan next steps and celebrate your organisation's diversity and inclusion.

"At DCA, we know that when workplaces actively foster inclusion, employees are more engaged, innovative, and motivated. It is inspiring to see all the phenomenal work being done across Australia to build fairer, more inclusive workplaces."

DCA today announced its 2025-2026 Inclusive Employers list, launching Inclusion at Work Week, a national celebration of workplace diversity and inclusion.
