Proposed Road Discontinuance At 50 Little Gore, Fitzroy

Yarra City Council (Council), acting under clause 3 of schedule 10 to the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to discontinue the airbridge abutting 50 Little Gore Street, Fitzroy, being the 14.1m2 parcel of land shown cross-hatched on the plan below, being part of the land contained in Memorial Book C no. 022 (in AP243) (Gore Street Airbridge).

The proposal is that Council discontinue the Gore Street Airbridge and transfer it to the owner of the adjoining property at 50 Little Gore Street, Fitzroy (Adjoining Owner) in exchange for the transfer of the airbridge adjoining 78 Webb Street, Fitzroy, shown hatched on the plan below (Webb Street Airbridge), from the Adjoining Owner to Council.
