Swan Hill Rural City Council, acting under section 206 and Schedule 10 Clause 3 of the Local Government Act 1989 ("the Act"), proposes to discontinue the road shown on the plan below; unnamed road known as BM23 Bumbang.
If discontinued, Council will return the land to the Crown.
After receiving any written submissions within 28 days, which will be considered under Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, Council may decide to discontinue the road, or part of the road, or not to discontinue the road.
The plan can also be viewed at Council's Splatt Street office in Swan Hill.
