A protective services officer from the Transit Safety Division has been charged with assault.
The 43-year-old male PSO has been charged with assault, intentionally cause injury and recklessly cause injury.
The alleged offending occurred while the officer was off duty yesterday, 26 May.
He has been bailed to face court at a later date.
