Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) due to an ongoing incident in Coorparoo.
The PSPA was declared at approximately 3.35pm with the exclusion zone including Stanley Street East, Tiber Street, Halifax Street, Milsom Street, Adina Street, Norman Avenue, Rome Street and Thackery Street.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area and those within the exclusion zone are asked to remain indoors until further notice.
