Police have made an emergency declaration due to a grass fire at Narangba.
Around 2.40pm today, emergency services responded to reports of a grass fire at Raynbird Road.
A declaration was made under the Public Safety and Preservation Act 4.20pm and it encompasses the boundaries of Alf Dobson Road to Browns Creek Road.
Police are on scene diverting traffic and asking people to avoid the area.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) are on scene and advising people to close any windows and doors due to the smoke and prepare to leave.
