Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) following an ongoing incident in Bellbird Park.
The PSPA was declared at 3.07pm following reports of an armed person in the proximity of Jones Road and Redbanks Plains Road.
The emergency declaration encompasses Jones Road, Redbank Plains Road, Jansen Road, and Johnston Street.
Residents in these streets are urged to remain indoors and the public are advised to avoid the area.
