Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) undertook public consultation on proposed amendments to the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 (Cth).
The proposed amendments to the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations seek to introduce new listing criteria for Afghanistan, impose an arms embargo on Afghanistan and a ban on providing arms-related services to Afghanistan.
