Residents are invited to provide feedback on three important draft strategies, Reimagining Bendigo Creek, Food System Draft Strategy and Greening Greater Bendigo, on public display during February and early March.
Mayor Cr Margaret O'Rourke said this was an opportunity for the community to have a look at the strategies and comment on the proposed work developed so far.
"All three strategies are important in shaping how we live as a community because they affect all of us in some way. I strongly encourage residents to have a look at the draft plans. Cr O'Rourke said.
"The strategies are at an important stage in their development so we invite your feedback on the vision and direction that they provide for our city and community."
The City's Reimagining Bendigo Creek Draft Plan is now on public display and community members are invited to get involved in a shared future vision for the creek. The plan has been developed in collaboration with eight project partners and representatives of the Greater Bendigo community. It proposes new ways to reconnect with Bendigo Creek as a positive, valued and integral part of our city landscape in the future.
