A 50-year-old man from the Queensland Police Service's Protective Services Group has been charged following an investigation into hate crime related offences.
The man has been charged with 41 counts of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.
The man was arrested today, 5 January, and is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court today.

This does not mean that the allegations against the member have been substantiated.
