Gold Coast detectives have charged a man over the alleged rape of woman in a hotel in Brisbane on July 14 this year.
It is alleged the man used a dating site to meet up with the woman. During the encounter it is alleged the woman was sexually assaulted.
Other incidents the man has been charged over have occurred on the Gold Coast over the last year.
A 58-year-old Coombabah man has been charged with rape (Brisbane) and four counts of procure a sexual act. (Gold Coast)
He is due to face Southport Court today September 2, 2019.
Investigations are ongoing.
