National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan met today in Washington with Frédéric Bernard, Head of Cabinet to the President of the European Council. They reaffirmed their commitment to continue supporting Ukraine as it defends its democracy and imposing costs on Russia for its aggression. They also discussed ongoing U.S.-EU cooperation on Europe's energy security as well as the promotion of peace and stability in the Western Balkans and the South Caucasus.
