Real Projects, Real Responsibilities, and a Real Difference

Jemena

Leading energy infrastructure company, Jemena, is on the look-out for graduates who want to join Australia's vibrant energy sector and shape the country's transition to a low-carbon future.

Launching its 2021 Graduate Program today, Jemena's Executive General Manager of People, Safety & Legal, Jodie Blake, said Jemena is on the hunt for graduates who have a keen interest in energy, are great communicators, and possess strong analytical abilities.

"Our program is the perfect launch pad for graduates to kick-start their careers, and will challenge participants to tackle real world-problems and take ownership of projects that will shape how we deliver energy reliably, affordably, and sustainably to Australian homes and businesses right across Australia's east coast," said Ms Blake.

Ms Blake said graduates in Jemena's program will complete four six-month-rotations over two years, while also receiving on the job coaching and mentoring from leaders across the business.

"In total we are hiring five graduates across a range of disciplines including electricity markets, corporate affairs and marketing, digital, and finance," said Ms Blake.

Jemena has a strong diversity and inclusion program and supports a healthy work/life balance.

Applications for the 2021 Jemena Graduate Program close COB 17 July 2020.

All positions will be based at Jemena's Melbourne headquarters on Collins Street in accordance with government advice on social distancing.

Successful applicants will commence with Jemena in February 2021.
