Supplier Mushroom Exchange has recalled a range of sliced mushroom products, including four Coles brand sliced mushroom punnets sold in Coles supermarkets and Coles online in Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Tasmania.
The recall is due to the potential presence of plastic fragments in punnets. There is a potential hazard if plastic pieces are swallowed.

All USE BY dates up to and including 19 July 2018 are being recalled.
Coles Australian White Sliced Mushrooms 200g and 375g
Coles Australian Brown Sliced Mushrooms 200g
All USE BY dates up to and including 19 July 2018 are being recalled.
Coles Australian White Sliced Mushrooms 200g and 375g
All USE BY dates up to and including 19 July 2018 are being recalled.
Coles Australian White Sliced Mushrooms 375g and 500g
All USE BY dates up to and including 11 July 2018 are being recalled.
Customers can return the product to Coles supermarkets for a full refund, and any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
