Red CentreNATS 07 is in full throttle in Alice Springs, with hundreds of entrants showing off their pride and joy to eager car fans. The ultimate festival of wheels grows in popularity each year, but you can secure your spot at next year's event now, with registrations for 2022 open from midday today.

Each year the Red CentreNATS program offers more and more automotive action for entrants and spectators in the stunning heart of Australia. As well as the popular burnouts, Garrett Advancing Motion Heavy Hitters Drag Racing, Yeperenye Shopping Centre Street Parade, Lasseters Motorkhana, Great Northern 4WD Course, Shannons Show N Shine and more, new additions to this year's event include Trailer Reversing, Skid Row and the Jetpack Entertainment stunt show featuring jetpacks, fly boards and more.
Next year's event will again take place over the Father's Day weekend, from 2-4 September 2022, with more program details revealed nearer the time.
Red CentreNATS 2021 runs until tomorrow, with Sneaky Sound System headlining the closing Sun 969 Podium Party at Blatherskite Park. Tickets cost $30 per day, or $50 for a three-day Chrome Pass. Visit www.redcentrenats.com.au
