Service NSW centres in metropolitan Sydney will operate on reduced hours from today due to the impacts of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis.
The new times have been implemented as a result of changed customer arrival patterns.
All 34 centres across the metro region will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, while those centres that open on Saturdays will operate between 8.30am and 12.30pm.
Most Service NSW centres in Sydney normally operate from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday trading from 8.30am to 3pm.
Service NSW regrets any inconvenience to customers caused by the reduced hours which are in place on a temporary basis and will be reviewed as COVID-19 impacts become clearer.
