Renewed appeal to locate missing man at Lake Macquarie

Police are renewing a public appeal for assistance to locate a man missing from the state's Hunter Region earlier this year.

Brett Constable – aged 47 – was last seen at a home on Oakland Street, Glendale, about 1am on Tuesday 5 January 2021.

Officers from Lake Macquarie Police District were notified later that morning and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Despite extensive inquiries and searches, Mr Constable has not been located.

He has not been seen or heard from since his disappearance, with no activity on his bank accounts or mobile phone.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 185-190cm tall, of solid build, with short brown, curly hair, and a grey beard. He has a skull and rose tattoo on his left chest.

Brett has connections to Orange in the state's Central Tablelands.

As investigations continue to locate Brett, police are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to call Lake Macquarie Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
