Replica firearm found - man arrested, South Australia

Police have arrested a man after he allegedly posted comments on social media yesterday regarding the shooting attack in New Zealand.

Police attended the man's northern suburbs address yesterday and conducted a search locating a replica firearm, two flick knives, an expandable baton and a crossbow.

The 37-year-old was charged with possessing a Class H replica firearm, four counts of possess prohibited weapon and one count of possess prescribed equipment.

He has been refused bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday.
