Report It Directly To Council: Bayside

Bayside Council's improved Report It service is making it faster and easier for residents to report local issues and connect directly with the right Council team.

From potholes and dumped rubbish to fallen trees, graffiti and waste concerns, residents can now quickly report issues affecting their neighbourhood through Council's user-friendly Report It webpage and conveniently track updates as requests progress.

The new Report It has four lighting categories making it easier to report carpark, sport field, park and street lighting issues to Council.

The upgraded system introduces a more intuitive and streamlined reporting process, helping ensure issues requiring attention are directed straight to the relevant Council department for faster response times and improved customer service.

Designed to make reporting simpler and more accessible, the enhanced platform allows residents to help keep Bayside clean, safe and well maintained while improving communication between Council and the community.

Residents can access the Report It webpage and submit requests online via Bayside Council Report It.
