Bayside Council has updated its online reporting tool 'Report It' to include 3 new parking categories to report illegal parking.
These new categories will assist in streamlining Council's response to illegal parking reports, going directly to the teams responsible.
This will allow Council to act faster and provide a better service to the community.
The new categories include:
- Illegal Parking - General
To report illegal parking on Council roads.
- Illegal Parking - Blocked Driveways
To report illegal parking where vehicles are obstructing driveways.
- Illegal Parking - Heavy Vehicles
To report illegal parking of heavy vehicles (larger than 4.5 tonnes or longer than 7.5m).
