Members of Tasmania Police's Community Protection Offender Reporting Team have charged a reportable offender with additional charges as a result of their ongoing investigation.
The reportable offender, 21, of the state's north-west, has now been charged with the additional offences of:
• Possession of Child Exploitation Material
• Possession of Bestiality Material
• Grooming with intent to procure a child or young person for sexual abuse x 2
• Indecent act directed at a young person x 2
• Fail to comply with reporting obligations x 4
The reportable offender was remanded in custody and will appear in the Devonport Magistrates Court on 15 June 2026.
