The NDIA would like to acknowledge Dr Denis Napthine AO following his resignation as Chair of the NDIA Board.
Lisa Studdert, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the NDIA, thanked Dr Napthine for his invaluable leadership in governing the NDIA Board, and steering the National Disability Insurance Scheme to continue delivering long-term outcomes for Australians with disability.
As NDIA Chair, Dr Napthine combined a strong commitment to this world-leading scheme, a wealth of professional expertise and personal lived experience in the disability sector.
Dr Napthine has been a respected NDIA Board Member since January 2022 and assumed the role of Chairman in April.
