An emergency declaration made under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) at Talgai was revoked at 5pm today.
Affected residents are permitted to return to their properties however are not permitted to do so via the closed roads.
Council are advising all affected property owners.
Closed roads remain under council control and police patrols of closed roads will continue to ensure community safety.
