Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Richard Marshall.
Four warrants have been issued for the 42-year-old's arrest in relation to reckless conduct endangering life and other assault related offences.
Marshall is described as 180cm tall with grey hair and a medium build.
Police have released images of Marshall in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting Bendigo, Flora Hill and Kangaroo Flat areas.
