Gold Coast police are appealing for public assistance to help locate the rightful owner of a Cartier bracelet.
The bracelet, found in its original packaging with a card containing a personalised message, was recently recovered by police.
Cartier has confirmed the item was purchased from their Brisbane store.
While the card included with the item features a personal message, police are withholding its contents to assist in verifying the rightful owner should they come forward.
Anyone who believes they may be the owner of the bracelet is urged to contact police and provide proof of ownership, including details of the inscription or message on the card.
The bracelet was located on the Gold Coast, and police are seeking to return it to its legitimate owner as soon as possible.
If you have any information or believe the item belongs to you, please contact Gold Coast CIB Central on 5571 4265, or Policelink on 131444.
