Road Rage Appeal, Shailer Park

Police are appealing for witnesses and vision of a road rage incident at Shailer Park last night, 9 August.

Around 7.20pm, an altercation has occurred between the drivers of a Holden Commodore and a Mazda2 on the Mandew Street overpass.

During the altercation, an unknown vehicle, which was travelling in the opposite direction has struck a man in his 60s.

The man in his 60s was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with serious but not critical injuries.

The driver of the unknown vehicle, who failed to stop at the scene, is urged to contact police.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses or persons with vision of the incident, to also come forward.
