Robbery Appeal, Willawong

Police are appealing for public assistance to help identify four offenders involved in a robbery in Willawong on 28 December.

Initial information indicates four unknown offenders on three mopeds approached a woman on a Suzuki uk110 scooter at the Learoyd Road and Paradise Road intersection just after 9pm.

The pillion passenger grabbed the woman and dragged her off her scooter.

The offenders then rode off towards Beaudesert Road.

The woman was not physically injured.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has information or vision that may assist with the investigation is urged to contact police.

Officers from Acacia Ridge Criminal Investigation Branch are also appealing for any motorists who were in the area at the time to check their dashcam, in case they captured the incident or the four offenders on camera.
