Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Robert Kidd.
The 57-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear on bail.
Kidd is about 177cm tall with a medium build, blue eyes and grey hair.
He is known to frequent the Hawthorn and Moorabbin areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kidd in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
