Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ronald Robertson, also known as Ralph Rogers.
A warrant has been issued for the 49-year-old's arrest for burglary, assault and bail related offences.
He is described as approximately 180cm tall, medium build, buzz-cut length brown hair, unshaven with a tan complexion.
Robertson is known to frequent the Campbellfield, Mill Park and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Robertson in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
