Goulburn Mulwaree Council advises that remedial works have been undertaken on Ross Street, at the corner of Taralga Road and the entrance to the Bradfordville Shopping Centre, to improve safety, with the site to reopen to traffic this afternoon.

The works aimed to enhance visibility, signage and line marking, and included the relocation of fencing, cutting back long grass, and removal of vegetation and trees that were obstructing sight lines.

A new Stop sign and stop line have been installed for southbound traffic on Ross Street, replacing the previous Give Way sign.

Council staff are continuing to work towards a permanent solution for this intersection. In the meantime, the site will be regularly monitored to ensure safety is maintained.

Council acknowledges the temporary inconvenience caused by the closure and appreciates the community's patience and cooperation throughout this period.
