Melton City Council is inviting community feedback on a proposal to construct a new roundabout at the intersection of Leakes Road and Westcott Parade in Rockbank.
Leakes Road, near Rockbank Station, has seen a significant increase in traffic in recent years. The proposed upgrade would improve traffic flow and enhance safety for road users and pedestrians.
In addition to the roundabout, the design also includes:
- A raised pedestrian crossing on Westcott Parade
- Pedestrian islands on Leakes Road for safer crossing
- A new footpath on the eastern side of Leakes Road
Community feedback is invited until Monday 17 November 2025.
