Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Rowan Lawson-Pepper.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant following a theft of a motor vehicle incident as well as other offences.
He is known to be in the Dandenong area and is known to frequent Warragul, Churchill, Morwell, Sale and Moe.
Investigators have released an image of Lawson-Pepper in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
