Royal wedding fever takes a blow

Darebin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary in Reservoir on 8 May, Victoria Police say.

Investigators believe unknown offenders broke into the Loddon Avenue home sometime between 7am and 6pm and ransacked the victim’s home.

A limited edition Charles and Diana whisky bottle was stolen from the victims home as well as two toy collectable cars.

At the time of the burglary the victim was unaware that the keys to her vehicle were also taken.

Investigators believe the offenders have returned sometime between 6pmo on 15 May and 1230am on 16 May and stolen the victims vehicle, a white Hyundai i30, registration 1HY 9DB from the garage.

It was later seen travelling in Greensborough.

Detectives have released images of the stolen items in the hope someone may have information regarding their whereabouts.

Police are urging anyone who has sighted these items or the vehicle to contact Crime Stoppers.
