Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sam Matthews.
A warrant has been issued for the 20-year-old's arrest in relation to trafficking a large quantity of drugs and other drug related offences.
Police have released an image of Matthews in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Berwick and Seaford areas.
