Happy Cat Donuts have been delighting Wodonga with its mouth-watering donuts for 10 years and a new ownership is ready to continue to provide the sweet treats.
Jarrod Redcliffe took over the ownership of Happy Cat Donuts in November 2024 and runs the van alongside a dedicated team of helpers.
Jarrod says running a donut van has been a lifelong dream come true and is looking to expand the team.
"We are in the process of employing some people with disabilities," he shared, highlighting his commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
Happy Cat Donuts are known for their delicious cinnamon and jam donuts and churros served with Belgian chocolate dipping sauce.
Every Friday from 2.30 to 6.30pm, the van can be found at 275-285 Beechworth Rd, Wodonga, serving fresh, warm donuts to customers.
Beyond its regular location, the van is a familiar sight at local markets, fairs and weddings.
Looking ahead, Jarrod has exciting plans for the business.
"We plan on slowly increasing the options of donuts, adding different flavours and introducing monthly specials," he said.
These planned updates aim to provide customers with greater variety while maintaining the quality that has made Happy Cat Donuts a community favourite.
