Members from Knox Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for information following a burglary in Scoresby last month.
Investigators believe two men attended a service station on Ferntree Gully Road about 3.45am on Saturday 17 July.
The pair forced their way in through a rear door before making their way to the front counter and stealing cigarettes.
Investigators believe they left the building and got into a nearby car and drove off.
Police have released images and CCTV of two men who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
