Police will commence a search and rescue this morning for a man and two children missing off Black Mountain Road at Kuranda, Queensland Police say.
The trio left on a bush walk yesterday (December 21) however failed to return to their vehicle later that evening.
Police launched an immediate land and air search from 9pm however could not continue due to heavy fog.
A fresh search will commence at first light this morning.
