Search operations have concluded after an interstate visitor was reported lost in bushland southwest of Darwin earlier today.
It is understood the man was travelling on a quad bike in Dundee Forest, and had not been seen since Thursday morning.
The man's companions reported his absence this morning after failing to locate him themselves.
An air and land search began around lunchtime today.
Thankfully this afternoon the man was located during an air search.
The man is safe and well and will be taken to Royal Darwin Hospital for medical observation.
