Detectives from Stonnington Crime Investigation unit are appealing for public assistance after a burglary and theft in Toorak on 9 March.
Investigators believe items were stolen from a car parked at a Woodside Court garage at 4.30am.
The man broke into a garage and stole items from a vehicle parked inside.
Investigators have released images of a man they think may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, in his 40s, of medium height and thin build, with a shaved/bald head.
He was last seen wearing a black collared shirt with red insignia.
