Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jackson May, Victoria Police say.
The 13-year-old was last seen on 28 August about 9am near a school on McDonalds Road in Epping.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age.
He does not have any money or phone with him.
Jackson was last seen wearing white runners, Piping Hot grey/dark brown jacket.
Jackson has short straight brown hair, brown eyes, fair complexion and medium build.
Police have released an image of Jackson in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who sights Jackson or who knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact Mill Park Police Station on 9407 3333.
