Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Noel O’Brien, Victoria Police say.
The 45-year-old last made contact with someone via text message at 4pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare.
Noel is described as 172cm tall, medium build, short shaved hair which is brown/grey, unshaven appearance, wears reading glasses and was last seen wearing dark tracksuit top and pants.
Police have released an image of Noel in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who sights him or who knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact Echuca Police Station on 5483 1500.
