Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Sebastopol man Timothy Coleman, Victoria Police say.
The 36-year-old was last seen about 8pm on 28 August at a property in Ryan Street, Brown Hill.
Timothy is likely to be on foot and possibly headed for Brown Hill or Black Hill bush areas.
An image of Timothy has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide details on his whereabouts.
He is described as approximately 175cm tall with a slim build, light brown hair and is currently unshaven.
He was last seen wearing a fluorescent and navy blue jumper.
Anyone who sees Timothy or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
