Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Tarneit man Ankit Narula, Victoria Police say.
The 29-year-old has not been heard from since 4 May.
Police and his family have concerns for Ankit due to a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Ankit in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as perceived to be Indian in appearance, dark brown short hair and a medium build.
Ankit may be driving his vehicle, a 2007 model orange Holden Commodore with registration number UON 696.
Anyone who sights Ankit or with information about his whereabouts is urged to call Werribee Police on 9742 9444 and information can also be provided to Crime Stoppers.
